INTERLINK MINI DANCE CHALLENGE – CLOSING THE DANCE COURSE WITH CONNECTION AND MEMORABLE MOMENTS
On September 15, 2026, Interlink organized the “Mini Dance Challenge”, a dance competition marking the closing of a training course for valued partners and Interlink employees after 12 sessions of learning and practice.
More than just a platform for participants to showcase the dance moves they had developed throughout the course, the event was also designed to promote physical well-being, develop skills, discover personal talents, and strengthen connections among members of the Interlink family.
12 SESSIONS – 12 OPPORTUNITIES TO GROW TOGETHER
Throughout the 12 sessions, participants had the opportunity to learn and practice the fundamentals of dance, gradually improving their musicality, coordination with their partners, and confidence on the dance floor.
Each session provided not only new knowledge and skills but also valuable moments of relaxation after working hours. It gave members more opportunities to interact, share experiences, and build stronger connections beyond the workplace.
With the spirit of learning – practicing – growing together, participants brought what they had learned during the 12 sessions to the “Mini Dance Challenge.”
MINI DANCE CHALLENGE – A STAGE FOR TEAM SPIRIT
At the competition, the participating couples delivered energetic and enthusiastic performances. Each performance reflected their dedication throughout the training process, coordination between dance partners, and willingness to step outside their comfort zones and embrace a new experience.
The event also received enthusiastic support from Interlink employees, creating an exciting and emotional atmosphere throughout the competition.
Regardless of the final results, the most memorable part was the participants’ spirit of taking part – stepping onto the dance floor together, overcoming their initial hesitation, and creating unforgettable memories after a 12-session journey.

Our special thanks go to Ms. Kim Oanh and Mr. Tran Nghi, who directly guided and accompanied the participants throughout all 12 training sessions. Their dedication and enthusiasm helped participants gradually become familiar with dance, gain confidence in practice, and enjoy a meaningful and rewarding learning journey.
Interlink would also like to sincerely thank Ms. Hoang Lan – Interlink Agency Department for joining the Judging Panel during the final competition, working alongside the instructors to provide assessments and contribute to a fair, exciting, and meaningful experience for all participants.
CLOSING ONE JOURNEY – OPENING NEW CONNECTIONS
The “Mini Dance Challenge” marked the end of the dance course, but the values created through the program will continue to be shared and carried forward.
From the very first dance steps to the competition stage, participants gained not only a new skill but also new friendships, meaningful memories, and memorable moments shared with colleagues and partners.
