Announcement of Lunar New Year Holiday Schedule 2025
ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE 2025 LUNAR NEW YEAR HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
The Lunar New Year, also known as Tet, is the most important and special festival of the year for Vietnamese people. Taking place at the transition between the old year and the new year, Tet not only marks the transition of nature to spring, but also carries profound cultural, traditional, and spiritual significance for the nation.
For Vietnamese people, Tet is a sacred time for family reunions, ancestor worship, and expressing good wishes for the future. From cities to rural areas, the festive atmosphere is everywhere with auspicious red colors, the crisp sound of firecrackers, and the aroma of traditional dishes.
Tet is not only a time to rest after a year of hard work, but also an opportunity for everyone to reflect on the journey so far, strengthen family bonds, and begin the new year with hope and peace.
