Logistics Workshop at Vietnam Maritime University
Recently, Mr. La Hoang Bao – Branch Director and Ms. Nguyen Dieu – Head of Sales Department collaborated with the Faculty of Economics at Vietnam Maritime University in a workshop:
Introduction to the organizational structure and sales operations of a logistics company
Attending the workshop, participants gained basic understanding and knowledge of logistics sales. Content of the Logistics Workshop at Vietnam Maritime University:
- Organizational structure and functions of a transportation logistics company (functions of departments)
- Professional positions within a company (Required knowledge, skills, mindset, and attitude for each job position)
- Sales operations and training process, the starting point of a new sales employee at a company
- Customs procedures for export and import goods, customs declaration, and documentation
This Logistics Workshop was organized to prepare for the upcoming important internship of K62 & K63 students of Vietnam Maritime University.
